ENROLLMENT POLICIES

1. Who Can Enroll

Admission to SJTCP is open to all students who meet its academic standards and who agree to abide by its policies, rules, and regulations. The act of enrollment confirms the student’s agreement to comply with all institutional rules and regulations.

2. Who Cannot Enroll
  • Those without an honorable dismissal or certificate, or refused admission in other schools due to academic or disciplinary reasons.
  • Those previously admitted to SJTCP but expelled or excluded due to disciplinary and/or academic reasons.
  • Those suffering from highly infectious or communicable diseases.
  • Those transferring from private schools without government recognition or permits.
  • Graduates of SJTCP unless allowed to enroll for a second title or degree by proper authority.
  • Those deemed undesirable at the sole discretion of SJTCP.
3. Enrollment

3.1 Requirements and Effects
Enrollment is the formal act of admitting a student for a semester or summer term, subject to payment of fees and compliance with admission regulations.

3.2 Enrollment Period
Enrollment must be completed within the prescribed period. No enrollment shall be allowed after two (2) weeks from the first day of classes unless officially extended.

3.3 Term of Enrollment
Enrollment is valid for only one semester or term.

3.4 Dropping of Ineligible Students
Students found ineligible after enrollment shall be dropped from the rolls. Refunds shall follow Article VI, Section 5.1.

3.5 Cross-Enrollment
Cross-enrollment is allowed if required subjects are not offered at SJTCP, subject to written approval from the Registrar upon recommendation of the Dean or Department Head.
